It doesn’t get any more socially distant than hanging out on Oppo

Sign in Trader Joe’s in Santa Barbara the other day said the price is back to Two Bucks? Wow. Must be because of the petroleum content...

Wow, guess who’s going to clear off the shelves now? That price won’t last.

That’s a big % markup. People really are gouging during the crisis!

I don’t know if that’s across the chain. the sign said “Chuck’s Back! $2"
I figured, much like the long-lost $1 Polish at Costco, that it was long-gone.

I was moderately excited when I read that Gallo Winery was bringing back Thunderbird. Brought back memories of the great times and terrible headaches of my youth. Then my heart d ropped when I realized that it was being brought as a “normal” cheap wine.

Some of my best friends and I went to the local brewery of choice, as we do most Friday nights. I went to Walmart after to get some car detailing supplies, on the idea that midnight Walmart is about the only Walmart I’ll willingly subject myself to . I didn’t need any food, but I wandered the grocery section just to take gander. I’m sad to say all the good beer was gone from the shelves, but wine and cheap beer remain. About 75% percent of the shelves were bare in the grocery section. The more ethnic foods got, the more of them there were.
That said, car detailing supplies are well stocked. They’re all going to die with dirty cars.

I bought a case of this whi le everyone else was at Kroger fighting for toilet paper. Made another stop and grabbed a case of High Life and a couple bags of chips. I’m all set to wait out the virus at home.

It needs to sold by the pint, not 750 ml, or it’s not really T-bird.

Per my post just now, my store was fully stocked with alcohol, but out of bread. I just don’t understand people’s priorities sometimes.
